First blog post alert! One of my goals in 2016 is to bring more information to you via blogging. I intend this blog to be informative, interactive, and educational. I may have a slight learning curve with technology, but I'm sure going to give this a good effort!
As with any information you read on the internet, make sure that you are going over your health goals with a medical professional. Not everything is right for everyone, so please ask questions, and get involved with your health. Something I talk a lot about is being an active participant in health, versus being on the sidelines. Whew---glad we got the disclaimer out of the way.
January 5, 2016 marked the one year anniversary of Aurora Chiropractic, LLC. Looking back I cannot believe the changes that have happened in just one year's time. I heard something recently that I feel is applicable to this scenario. (I apologize that I cannot give proper credit because I cannot recall where, when or who I was talking to about it). A year to a new business is similar to that of a year of a newborn child. A newborn grows from being so tiny and not self-sufficient to being a mobile active toddler exploring the world around them. The first year also comes with lots of ups and downs, sleepless nights, lots of tears and more joyous moments that you cannot imagine life any other way.
Granted there are many differences but the parallel really resonated with me. I am so grateful to have this practice and work with so many families. This is not just a job for me, it is simply just who I am.
If this first year is any indication year two is sure to be quite a fun and exciting ride!
