I know I know part of my New Year’s Resolution was to keep up with blogging. It is now June and alas I have not succeeded in that goal. I have beat myself up over not keeping with my intentions and realized all that time complaining never actually solved any of those issues. Have you ever had something that you have mulled over so much and then realized if you spent a fraction of the time ACTUALLY doing that task that you would of already have accomplished the original task ages ago? Now you may be asking, how does that relate to chiropractic and health? It is simple… if the time we spent saying “I need to stretch more, I need to drink more water, I need to exercise, I need to get adjusted” and actually do those things, we would be in a much better place physically and emotionally. Sometimes it takes that tipping point to get to a point of making a change for the better. The point of this is to encourage you, and myself, to make a change for the future. Don’t sit and be complacent with how things are, make the positive change now. Don’t beat yourself up for shortcomings in the past, you can only change the future. Make today great and set an intention for a better tomorrow! Yours in Health, Dr. Jennifer
